The EXM-50 features an economical LED illumination system allowing both corded and cordless operation. For cordless operation, simply insert AA alkaline batteries (included) into the battery compartment on the bottom of the microscope.
Load and unload slides quickly with our Easy Load stage clips. Simply press down the bar that connects the slide clips to raise them for easy placement or removal of slides, and positioning slides is so much easier. No more struggling with the old-style stage clips.
The EXM-50 is super portable thanks to its integrated carrying handle making it easier than ever for students and teachers to move the microscope around the classroom. The viewing head is rotatable 360° making the EXM-50 easy to store, too.
