Microscopes are important and essential tools for many aspects of scientific research. They’re utilized to enlarge and visualize, measure and analyze, document scientific outcomes, and even manipulate specimens with mechanical devices or light. Whether microscopes are used for routine observation or advanced imaging and analysis, researchers depend on the performance and reliability of their microscopes to deliver crisp, clear images.
ACCU-SCOPE offers a variety of microscopes perfectly suited for the research environment. These microscopes can be configured for a variety of contrast methods including brightfield, darkfield, phase contrast, emboss contrast, fluorescence and DIC. Our upright microscopes are best for observing specimens on glass slides, while our inverted microscopes excel at live cell imaging and routine observation. ACCU-SCOPE also offers a variety of digital imaging solutions for documentation and analysis. Here is a sampling of our offering for research:
EXC-500: With some preconfigured options, the EXC-500 is fully customizable to meet the needs of your research. Choose from a variety of heads, stages, condensers, fluorescence, DIC and objectives (we have NEW full Apochromatic objectives!). The EXC-500 is also a great platform for imaging, and we have a wide selection of digital cameras, too.
EXC-400: The EXC-400 offers both outstanding performance and value. It is available in several preconfigured packages with variations in viewing head, contrast method (brightfield or phase contrast) and objectives. Add fluorescence by choosing from a a wide variety of fluorescence illuminators.
EXI-310: The EXI-310 is our most popular inverted microscope for routine applications (e.g., tissue culture). It is available with a selection of options based on your need, including phase contrast, a mechanical stage, fluorescence and digital cameras.
EXI-410: The EXI-410 packs a lot of performance into a small footprint. Start with either a phase contrast or fluorescence model, then customize your EXI-410 with other options and accessories. Don't forget a digital camera! We even have a camera system with an HD monitor that mounts to the top of the microscope -- now that's convenient!
